Information you give us
When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any phone number or message you provide. When you join the waitlist or submit your email on the scorecard, we collect your email address and a note of which page you submitted it from.
We only ask for what we need to reply to you or send you the updates you signed up for.
The Bottleneck Scorecard
Your answers to the scorecard are scored in your browser to show your result. We do not store your individual answers on our servers. If you choose to enter your email on the results screen, we collect that email as described above, but not your specific answers.
Usage information
We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate, such as which pages are visited and whether the scorecard is completed. This helps us improve the site. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, to send you the waitlist or course updates you asked for, and to operate and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers that help us run the site and communicate with you: our hosting provider, our transactional email provider, and our email marketing platform. These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Email and your choices
If you join the waitlist or opt in to updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide what you asked for, and we remove it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
